Twiggs County Country Festival Vendor Sign-Up

WAIVER: I know that running or walking a road race is a potentially hazardous activity and in consideration of acceptance of this entry, for myself, my heirs and assigns, I waive and release any and all claims against  Twiggs County, Georgia, its employees and volunteers, the sponsors, organizers, directors, or any other person connected with the Twiggs County Run for Recreation for injury or illness which may directly or indirectly result from my participation. I further state that I, or the participant on whose behalf I sign as legal guardian, am in the proper physical condition to participate in the event and assume all dangers and risks of such participation.
