May is Brain Cancer Awareness Month. Each year, over 23,000 people in the United States are diagnosed with some form of brain cancer.
One of our local cases in Macon, GA involves Jaci Wilkerson and hits close to home. Jaci Wilkerson is one of our own's niece. Jaci was only 5 years old when she was diagnosed with a brain tumor. This journey has been an emotional rollercoaster for her family. However, with the help of organizations such as Jay's Hope (https://www.jayshope.org), the family has experienced an abundance amount of relief and joy. By making life long friends, having the chance to meet other families undergoing similar situations, and the great amount of help that they offer each family, Jay's Hope has made an impact on Jaci's family that they will forever be grateful for.
For the sale of each Brain Cancer Awareness shirt, we will be donating 10% of the proceeds to Jay's Hope so they can continue to bless families in need.
You can donate to Jay's Hope directly here: https://www.jayshope.org/donate/
